Happy Heart Workouts

Our Happy Heart DVD workout series brings together two great low intensity workouts on every DVD. Each workout is specifically designed for older adult participants, so they can exercise safely and effectively from the comfort of home.

Join Carol and Trudi for a fun workout with lots of variety, new exercises, and new ways to challenge our bodies and minds to keep them active and healthy for longer.

Workouts can include standing, seated and floor exercises, and focus on building strength, cardio fitness, balance, and co-ordination. They can also incorporate chairs, dumbbells, bands and balls to really challenge the whole body.
