We run creative 30 minute classes for all different fitness levels, incorporating bands, ball, dumbbells, bodyweight, balance, cardio, and strength. No two classes are the same - we are all about variety to keep your body, and your brain, engaged and active.

Timetable:
Monday @9.30am - Agility Combo (dumbbells/bands/floor)
Tuesday @9.30am - Chair Combo (seated cardio/balance)
Wednesday @9.30am - Agility Strength (standing/core)
Friday @9.30am - Chair Strength (seated functional)

Term Pass Saver: $10 per class + recordings (total dependent on term length)
