At Third Age Fitness, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently worldwide from our base in Melbourne, Australia. We use the most economical and reliable shipping options available to ensure you get the best value without compromising on service.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 3 PM AEST or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We choose the most cost-effective shipping method for your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination. We currently ship internationally to most countries.
