Workout #1: LIE Core (20 mins)
Trudi combines gentle core exercises on the floor with stretches to build abdominal muscles, improve joint flexibility, and relax the body.


Workout #2: COMBO (30 mins)
Carol starts with a standing cardio routine to get warmed up, then works through seated weight exercises to improve arm strength.
