Our Zippy Zest workout series offers two great medium intensity workouts designed specifically for older adults and seniors., so you can exercise safely and effectively from the comfort of home, or when you're on the road!

Carol and Trudi will have you moving and grooving around the room in no time, with new exercises, new music and new challenges for every part of the body, to keep you healthy and active for longer.

Every workout is different, and can include standing, seated and floor exercises, and focus on building strength, cardio fitness, balance, and co-ordination. They may also use chairs, dumbbells, bands and balls to really challenge the whole body.
