Power Plus Workouts

Our Power Plus series picks up the energy and offers two great high intensity workouts on each DVD. Each workout is specifically designed for older adult participants, so they can exercise safely and effectively from the comfort of home.

Carol and Trudi will have you huffing and puffing and working up a sweat in no time, with new exercises that will challenge and work every muscle you've got!

Each workout has a new challenge and can include standing, seated and floor exercises, and focus on building strength, cardio fitness, balance, and co-ordination. They can also incorporate chairs, dumbbells, bands and balls to really challenge the whole body.
