Workout #1: SIT Cardio (30 mins)
Carol combines standing and seated cardio moves that will keep your arms and legs busy all the way through to the end.
Workout #2: LIE Core (20 mins)
Trudi takes it down onto the floor with a series of gentle exercises to build core muscles, as well as lower body strength.
