Workout #1: COMBO (30 mins)
After an enthusiastic standing aerobics routine, Trudi grabs a chair and one weight to build upper body strength and work the core.
Workout #2: LIE Core (20 mins)
After a standing warm-up Carol progresses through a series of floor exercises, to engage and strengthen the core and stretch out muscles.
